The 20th Annual Robin Hood Festival
Monday 2nd August - Sunday 8th August 2004
Thousands of people again flocked for medieval merryment at the 20th Robin Hood Festival in Sherwood Forest. All the usual favourites were there as well as some newcomers like medieval alchemist Dr. John Greene and Wamba the Court Jester from the USA.
The spirit of Robin Hood was all around and our favourite outlaw even put in a special appearance with Maid Marion!
Song filled the air as crowds gathered to try their hand at archery or sample the refreshments available in the shadow of the famous Major Oak tree.
Next year's festival will take place from 1st - 7th August 2005.
